The Assessors’ Office is comprised of administration and four divisions: Residential, Commercial/Industrial, Special Projects, and Personal Property.

Andrea Crutchfield

Chief Appraiser of Bibb County

Andrea was appointed as Chief Appraiser of Bibb County in September 2008. She has been with Bibb County since 1992 and has held the titles of Deputy Chief Appraiser, Assistant Chief Appraiser of Personal Property, and Auditor. Andrea holds a B.B.A. with a degree in Accounting from Georgia College, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds the Appraiser IV designation from the Georgia Department of Revenue. Mrs. Crutchfield served as President of the Georgia Association of Assessing Officials for 2010 – 2011. She is an active member of the IAAO, Georgia Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs.

Jody Claborn

Deputy Chief Appraiser of Bibb County

Jody serves as the Deputy Chief Appraiser of Bibb County. He is certified as an Appraiser IV with the Georgia Department of Revenue and has been with Bibb County since 2008. He previously served as the Assistant Chief of the Residential Property Division and has also served as Chairman of the Jasper County Board of Tax Assessors.

Kema Bishop

Appraisal Manager – Residential Property Division

Kema manages the Residential Property Division, leading a team of ten appraisers responsible for valuing all residential and agricultural properties within the county (approximately 63,000 parcels). She holds an Appraiser IV designation from the Georgia Department of Revenue and has been with Bibb County since 2009. Kema brings 24 years of extensive appraisal experience as a Georgia Certified Appraiser.

Bo Parrott

Commercial Manager – Commercial Property Division

Bo and her staff oversee a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, historical, industrial, and exempt properties. She has been serving Bibb County since 2013 and holds the Appraiser IV designation from the Georgia Department of Revenue. Bo is also an active member of both the Georgia Association of Assessing Officials (GAAO) and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
